Losing weight is practically can be done by to basic principle and that is exercise and diet.
Now if we weight this two, which one is better then? everything will fall down then on how many calories are you getting everyday and how intense your exercise is when you do it. i.e. How you sweat a lot when you exercise.
So everything depends on how you balance fitness and nutrition.
